The correct initial referral of the claim with the insurance company is essential for a fast and fair regulation. During business hours contact the Claims Department of Groupo Hellner as quickly as possible. Instructions will be given to ensure your rights to fair compensation.

At other times, please contact directly the customer care of your the insurance company of your policy (phone numbers in the website of each insurer) and as soon as possible report the occurrence to the Claims Department of Group Hellner.
